Product Warranty

The product warranty shown on or in its packaging is provided by Verkil Pty Ltd.

If the product has a defect within the warranty period stated on or in its packaging that is not caused by misuse or abuse, we will repair it.

Please complete and submit the claim form to make a warranty claim.

Proof of the products purchased is required. Our warranty claims department will then contact you within 10 business days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the law.
