Terms and conditions

In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Verkil, ABN 63 651 199 192 and "you" means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree upon in writing or by email. By using or accessing the website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the website.

 

Ordering goods

You may make purchases via the Website by selecting and placing your order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and as directed on the Website. Any order placed by you in the manner described on the Website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on the Website at the time you place your order. You acknowledge that, by placing an order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods or services ordered unless you ask us to cancel that order, and we send you written confirmation of the cancellation prior to the goods or services being dispatched to you. Any order placed by you is subject to your compliance with any specific limitations shown on the Website (or applicable website). Verkil may change the prices published on the website at any time. You agree to pay the price current at the time of payment. We may require additional verification or information before shipping your order. We only accept orders from within mainland Australia and Tasmania. Within this area, our policies as to delivery and returns apply as set out in these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to reject your order for products or services purchased through the Website for any reason, including but not limited to if the products or services are not available, if there is an error in the description or price of the requested products or services as advertised on the Website or if there is an error in your order. If we reject your order, we will notify you by email of our rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time thereafter and give you the option of reconfirming your order, changing your order or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for your purchase, you will receive a full refund.

 

PAYMENT METHODS AND ACCEPTANCE

Verkil accepts Paypal, Afterpay, Zip Pay and Direct Deposit only. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding state and federal public holidays. If a Direct Deposit payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation email, Verkil reserves the right to cancel the transaction. You warrant that all details you provide to us when placing an order are current, correct and complete, that you are an authorised user of the Paypal account or credit or debit card used to place your order and that your nominated Paypal account will cover the full cost of the purchase. Upon receiving your order, we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check of your payment method (if applicable) to verify the details submitted and to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Purchases will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. If we are unable to successfully process your Paypal account or debit or credit card payment for your order, we may notify you of dishonour and cancel your order.

Afterpay and ZIP Payments are not eligible for Wholesaler Customers.
Any Wholesale orders paid via Afterpay or ZIP will be cancelled.

 

PRICES

Verkil reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed on the website at any time before you place an Order. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately on the product page but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.

 

GST

Verkil purchases include GST. 

 

Returns

Under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a product. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by Consumer Guarantees.

 

Address Change

If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a return to sender fee if we are unable to change the details before despatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the customer.

 

Shipping

We will endeavour to deliver the goods to your nominated delivery address within the time specified and orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to regular post delays.

These times are calculated from the time we ship your order. Standard Postage – 5 to 7 business days. Express post - this will take 1 to 3 business days for metro areas and up to 5 business days for regional areas.
