PAYMENT METHODS AND ACCEPTANCE
Verkil accepts Paypal, Afterpay, Zip Pay and Direct Deposit only. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding state and federal public holidays. If a Direct Deposit payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation email, Verkil reserves the right to cancel the transaction. You warrant that all details you provide to us when placing an order are current, correct and complete, that you are an authorised user of the Paypal account or credit or debit card used to place your order and that your nominated Paypal account will cover the full cost of the purchase. Upon receiving your order, we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check of your payment method (if applicable) to verify the details submitted and to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Purchases will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. If we are unable to successfully process your Paypal account or debit or credit card payment for your order, we may notify you of dishonour and cancel your order.
Afterpay and ZIP Payments are not eligible for Wholesaler Customers.
Any Wholesale orders paid via Afterpay or ZIP will be cancelled.
Verkil reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed on the website at any time before you place an Order. The price of products shown excludes shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown separately on the product page but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.
Verkil purchases include GST.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a product. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by Consumer Guarantees.
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a return to sender fee if we are unable to change the details before despatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the customer.
We will endeavour to deliver the goods to your nominated delivery address within the time specified and orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to regular post delays.
These times are calculated from the time we ship your order. Standard Postage – 5 to 7 business days. Express post - this will take 1 to 3 business days for metro areas and up to 5 business days for regional areas.
