ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, you can return the product back to us with shipping charges on your own expense, an additional $25AUD will be deducted as a re-stocking fee and we will refund you the rest provided that it's returned to us in its original condition, packaging, not used and with all wrapping, labels and manuals intact.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed in the method by which original payment was made, within 5 business days
Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Verkil. PLEASE NOTE: Unless your product is faulty, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to Verkil.
We are more than happy to exchange for another product within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability. Exchanges can take up to 5 business days to process. We will accept up to one exchange per order.
EXCHANGE FOR AN ITEM OF THE SAME VALUE
Should the new item you have selected be of the same value as the original item purchased, post the original item to the address below and once received we will forward your selected exchange item free of charge subject to product availability.
EXCHANGE FOR AN ITEM OF A DIFFERENT VALUE
Any difference due will be charged or refunded to the card used to pay for the original order. Should you wish to charge the difference on a different card to the original used, please let us know and someone from our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment. All refunds must be made to the original card used to pay for the original order.
WHERE DO I MAIL MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
All returns or Exchanges request are to be sent to email@example.com prior to sending out the packages back to us. As each return request will be issued with a unique RA number which is to be mentioned on the return package, without an RA number delivery will rejected.
